If Mercedes Benz produces Fortwo for their future electric car, Apple Inc. also has their own electric car. This electric car named “Titan”.

Back to 2015, there were rumours that Apple was working on a car which would give some prospects. As you know that Apple is famous with their technology in phablet and smartphone. And now they are going to enter the automobile market. It looks like there will be massive change in the industry.

According to The Wall Street Journal, it will be a battery electric vehicle. It’s initially lacking full autonomous driving capability. And will be unveiling around 2020.

Recently, in mid-August, it reported that the car project was focusing on autonomous system. It said that the driving test will be tested in the real world. Using a company-operated inter-campus shuttle service between the main Infinite Loop campus in Cupertino and various Silicon Valley offices, including the Apple Park.

Tim Cook, the Chief Executive Officer of Apple says that Apple is “focusing on autonomous system”. And that “it’s a core technology that we view as very important. We sort of see it as the mother of all Al projects. It’s probably one of the most difficult Al projects to actually work on.”

Though there is no solid pricing has been announced, we can take a look at Tesla’s latest car and speculate it with iCar. For its price, the team suggested that the iCar is likely to priced around $55,000, which translate around £36,000. That makes it almost hal price of Tesla’s Model S in UK.

So, when will the Apple iCar launch? Of course, no one knows for sure until the Apple announces it. But, Apple has designed the iCar internally as a “commited project” and is now aiming for a 2019 release date. Well, just wait for the next updates from the Apple Inc.
